I am shocked by the bad review on this site. I am so glad that I chose Mr. Kray to represent me in my court case. He was very prompt and very professional. Not to mention, he was very personable. I always felt better after consulting with him. I would recommend Mr. Kray to anyone.

Paul advised our new company on the proper business structure and provided our LLC paperwork in a timely and thorough. He met all deadlines and his fee was very reasonable. As a start-up company with limited resources our experience was excellent and Paul's fee was well within our budget.

He does not return phone calls, I had to do all the foot work and he still dropped the ball at the end

It took to long for him to work on the case. There was little to no communication, when I would call and leave a message they were never returned and my settlement was the minimum when it should have been higher. I feel I was not treated as a valued customer.And I will never recommend his services.
