Liar. A poor excuse for a Lawyer. HE did nothing for my wife. She almost died in Abilene Texas . Benton Brown almost killed her and Steven Haynes did nothing to help her with her Malpractice law suit. He said there was not enought money in her case for him . He waited until it was to late to file a case. So Benton Brown gets away with hurting my wife and almost killing her and Steven Haynes does nothing.

Hired Law Firm

Do not ever use Mike Smith if you love your kids and want to fight for them. Our case was held on December 14th, 2016, and I still can't get past how horribly he handled the case. Even after he said he would, he did not present one shred of evidence, nor did he pose any arguments against their accusations. I have been a great mother, and had several witnesses and evidence to back that up. But he presented nothing!!!! He did absolutely nothing!!! And I paid for that!!!
