Hired Attorney Michael Conageski

I was assigned this lawyer by the public defenders office, and I was hopeful because he was in private practice. He seemed lost and uninterested in my case. Only interested in signed off with the state attorneys office. I can’t imagine paying this guy to handle any legal case. His assistant Brandi seemed nice enough, and apparently the are in a relationship, but he is married. He is a mess! He also flirts with anyone with a skirt.

Hired Attorney Michael Conageski

Very unprofessional, mostly works for the public defenders office as a conflict counsel. Turns and burns cases, since public defenders office does not pay much. He has a criminal record (DUI), and has an inappropriate relationship with his paralegal Brandi Anderson.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
