I had a deeply disappointing experience with The Kron Law Firm. Despite their numerous landing pages claiming expertise in HIPAA records, my experience revealed otherwise. After paying a retainer of over $5,000, the firm, which appears to be a small operation, only managed to draft a letter to another attorney requesting my son's health records. Fourteen months later, despite multiple emails, I have yet to receive any response or progress on my case. It has become evident that The Kron Law Firm does not specialize in HIPAA matters as their website suggests. Instead, it appears they may take on such cases without the necessary expertise, learning as they go. This has resulted in a significant waste of time and money on my part, with no resolution in sight. Particularly concerning were my interactions with attorneys Daniel and Art, who failed to provide even basic follow-up. Based on my experience, I would caution potential clients against hiring this firm for HIPAA-related issues.
I think all the reviews on this site that are above one star must have been written by Daniel and staff themselves because he has to be of the most incompetent and ineffective lawyers. I hired him to assist with an EZ pass issue. He claimed he would be able to get a reduction of administrative fees or maybe put me on a payment plan or something to prevent my registration from getting suspended. He did nothing! He went to court And ten days later my registration was suspended. he told ME I had to contact ez pass to reach an agreement with them. I called & they asked why was I calling if I had an attorney? They had no record of any negotiation at all. My expectations weren’t too high - I knew I would have to pay ez pass but I *wrongly* thought an attorney would be able to help with the negotiation process. In addition, don’t expect ANY communication from the office. They never sent me a retainer agreement or anything. I cannot stress this enough: do NOT hire this firm!
