Maybe in the beginning he was competent and on top of things, may even have lots of good testimonies under his belt from his starting years. However, from what I have seen from my case with him, I would not recommend this lawyer. He seems to be balancing lots of responsibilities on his own (as a lawyer and minister at a church) and has refused to hire any other help apart from his secretary who also doesn't really look like she understands what she's doing. Because of this, so much vital information had to be literally forced out of him, he more or less forgot the case until we reminded him of it, procrastinated on submitting important documents, didn't pay for a certain service he should have paid on our behalf making us miss a deadline by 4-days, and he made a lot of time-sensitive blunders, one of which put one of us in removal proceedings, all while still demanding payment. I do not write this out of spite, but I just warn you to know exactly what you're getting into.
