I first spoke with Mr. Borer about a custody issue. I met with him in his office, his counsel seemed good, so I agreed to his fee. I paid for the first 10 hours of his time during that meeting. After that, nothing happened. I called, but only his paralegal would talk to me. I emailed. His paralegal would email back - but without much progress. When I spoke to the paralegal, he said I had to set up a meeting to talk to Mr. Borer. At the end, I had no access to him, so I hired another lawyer.
