We primarily represent homeowners who have purchased a defective property. The most common defects are leaky basements, displaced foundation walls, leaky roofs, moisture intrusion, mold, failed septic systems, flooding, and failed wells. We litigate claims on a contingent fee basis against prior homeowners, real estate agents, and inspectors. Claims against prior homeowners are the most common because they have a duty to disclose the defects that they learned about from living in the home. We also represent homeowners who have built a new home or who have made improvements to their existing home, pursuing claims against developers, builders, and contractors. We are experienced with the Home Improvement Practices Code, right to cure law, and theft by contractor statutes.

Hired Attorney Atty. Rudolph Kuss

I had an almost 10 yr. judgement against me that I was unaware of. In one phone call to Attorney Kuss, he was able to help bring closure to my judgement. Hired Attorney Atty. Rudolph Kuss

I hired Rudy to represent me in a mold case on a contingency fee basis. His moods were incredibly labile, initially being able to fulfill his duties as my attorney, then moving through multiple paralegals and taking his aggression out on me. Rudy identified incorrect witnesses and did not prep me or two witnesses for our depositions. Once he realized he called the incorrect witnesses, I received a slew of email messages, never once a phone call, alleging I suddenly didn’t have a case and that he would drop me as his client. You don’t just get a contingency fee case without having substantial proof. Rudy is now the subject of an investigation. Also watch how he responds to his reviews online - he is aggressive, combative and fails to ever take accountability. He didn’t even depose the defendants in my case and has cost me over $130,000 in damages. He deserves hefty fees and jail time.
