Hired Law Firm

Ted doesn't exhibit the ability "to use" the law, he just knows the law. He doesn't think outside the box. If you're looking for a keen, quick sense of understanding guy, it's not him. Ted lacks the ability to develop a strategy or make/come up with a good defense. Adding to this, he is a poor negotiator who seems to lack the confidence. This is horrifying for an attorney. Ted Herlich may be a "good" legal mind but not a great one. If you have a contractual matter then he may be decent.

Hired Attorney Theodore Herlich

Do Not Recommend!! He doesn't contact his clients and unresponsive with judges preceding on the client's case. He negotiates like a public defender who doesn't remember his clients names or don't care too. I requested my court records, he sent a bogus flash drive without my documents but other client privileges information. I wonder how the victims would feel about the careless of information shared in their case. It's like he personally works with the DA for convictions . He more concerned about high profile cases that he think he can win for recognition . He is not for the people to obtain justice and prove innocence based on facts and evidence of the case.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
