Overall an effective law firm that has lots of strengths in real estate and particularly in Tenant/Landlord disputes. They have been our law firm for twenty + years and have always come through in the NYC court systems. Their fees are reasonable although we have to negotiate with them from time to time. I like that I can always call Eric Wughalter and he always gives me his professional opinion before I start an action. That's extremely valuable so that we only litigate when we know we can win.
One whole year trying to evict illegalTenant from June 2015 till June 2016 and no results.lots of money was given to this attorney Eric Wughalter and time off my job for just getting a squatter evicted. My advice is to represent the case your self, you would save a lot of money and time by doing it your selling.
