Hired Law Firm

I fractured my knee and hurt my back in a car accident. My wife gave birth a week after and I couldn't work. Attorney Oresky and his staff immediately took care of everything. They got my medical bills and my lost wages paid. Oresky and his team spent the time with me that I needed and made me feel comfortable. My case went all the way to jury verdict and I was very happy with the result. They are awesome.

I fell from a beam to the floor below. My boss refused to call an ambulance and took me home and told me to rest. I was in a lot of pain and I decided to go to the hospital on my own. I found out it was serious so I called attorney Jacob Oresky. Mr. Oresky immediately assigned an investigator to my case and his team went to work helping to get my lost wages and medical expenses paid. Attorney Oresky sat with me personally and prepared me, he even spoke to me at night and on the weekend. My case

A van hit me and broke my leg in several places, I was afraid that I was going to lose my leg. I was overwhelmed with medical bills. I called Jacob Oresky & Associates and they visited me in the hospital. Jacob walked me through the whole process and made everything easy. Throughout the case his team kept me updated. Jacob always made me feel like my case was the most important. The settlement was excellent and I think he is a great attorney and my friend.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
