This law firm is ok my only issue has been communicating with the attorney we only speak when I either have a hearing just before it or after a hearing my Issue is communicating with the attorney representing me currently I have been trying to talk to my attorney since Monday 10/14/24 today is 10/17/24 I wanted to appeal the summary judgment to a higher court the committee and the Supreme Court but once I said this now he’s nowhere to be found probably trying to run the clock out since the hearing was on 10/2/24 I have till 11/2/24 to file the appeal I also understand these people don’t get paid till it’s settled so they all have an incentive to end the case as soon as possible I would really hate to have to file a complaint with the Bar association cause I can’t get a simple call back involving my case and the appeal I want filed on my behalf if I don’t get a call before Monday evening 10/21/24 sadly it’s going to be a day with the bar association taking my complaint .
