According to the State of Michigan, my Birth Certificate was mailed in return to me, so I am not able to be reimbursed for a recently purchased Birth Certificate. Any incompetencies or flaws on the part of the State of Michigan is not a reflection of The Law Offices of D. Louis Weir. The State of Michigan made a decision after five months.
