Kelly Fitzpatrick, a trial attorney at Koskoff, brings over ten years of experience and a firm belief in personalized, compassionate advocacy for every client. Recently, Kelly co-led a landmark case against Yale University’s Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Clinic, securing a historic settlement over fentanyl diversion issues, a case featured in The Retrievals podcast by The New York Times. Her success extends to national pharmaceutical and medical device litigation and significant verdicts, including a $20 million award in a medical malpractice trial. Recognized for her leadership, Kelly was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the Viagra and Cialis Products Liability Litigation in 2016. Her advocacy is characterized by collaboration and empathy, addressing both legal and personal client challenges. Actively involved in the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association’s Board of Governors and holding leadership roles in the American Association for Justice, Kelly is dedicated to systemic change. Originally from Connecticut, she returned after practicing in New York and New Jersey and now resides in Oxford with her family, enjoying running and UConn basketball.
