About Katherine Lily Mesner-Hage

Katie Mesner-Hage's career at Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder began in 2013 when she became the firm’s first Theodore I. Koskoff Public Interest Fellow. Her empathy and passion for justice quickly made her an invaluable asset. After exploring other legal opportunities, she returned to Koskoff in 2023, enriching the team with her deep experience. During her fellowship, Katie played a key role in the lawsuit against the entities responsible for the Sandy Hook tragedy. Her notable achievements include an $8 million verdict in a medical malpractice case and recognition in the 2015 Personal Injury Hall of Fame. Katie graduated from Yale Law School, distinguishing herself in moot court and Trial Advocacy. She has worked with the Office of the Public Defender and provided legal aid to death row clients. Named a Connecticut Bar Foundation Fellow, Katie is dedicated to public interest law.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
