Hired Attorney Robert Brogan

When my family needed for the first time an Elder Care Lawyer, my neighbor highly suggested Robert F. Brogan. I have used his services for my Aunt, my Mother and Father, my husband, Richard and myself for 5 years. With his expert knowledge, he carefully and thoroughly straightened out our dear family's "legal" and potential health care issues. He has been more than a pleasure to work with.
His mannerisms are empathetic and kind. I always suggest him to others!

Hired Attorney Robert Brogan

I was the guardian of my aunt who had dementia and needed long term nursing care. Mr. Brogan set up trusts that not only provided a safe place for my aunt's funds to provide a quality level of care but also to safeguard her estate. Both Bob and Joan in his office were always available to me to discuss and explain the rather complicated legal aspects of my aunt's trusts in plain English. I estimate we saved over $160 K as a direct result of Bob Brogan's work. I would recommend him highly.

Hired Attorney Robert Brogan

Over the course of our 2.5 year relationship, Mr. Brogan has consistently been very responsive to my inquires whether by phone, email or in person. He has also provided invaluable guidance to my son's who are co-executors of their mother's estate. His staff is also very prompt in responding to requests for information or appointments. All documents needed for any transactions have been error free and readily available and promptly submitted to other agencies, when necessary.

During a crisis time, when my wife was and still is in need of Hospice care, I sought out, through the recommendation of the Stroke Caregivers Association, Healthsouth, Toms River, NJ, Bob Brogan for assistance. I was and continue to be well rewarded by such a caring, compassionate, and professional person. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone in need of legal advice as well as a sympathetic listener. God Bless he and his staff for their services to those in need.

Hired Attorney Robert Brogan

There was a discrepancy in the will. After 5 phone calls and 2 emails, he never returned my phone calls or replied to my emails. Finally the paralegal was able to help me. I was very disappointed with him. I wanted to recommend him to others who could use his services; but due to his lack of attentiveness, I don't feel comfortable suggesting him.

While Robert Brogan may be a skilled Elder Care Attorney, he and his office are completely unresponsive. Should not take on additional clients if he cannot handle responsibly existing ones.
