I hired Gerard W. O’Brien in 2011 for a Chapter Eleven bankruptcy proceeding. He guided us through the process, was easy to work with and was able to get a plan confirmed. We are well on our way back to financial stability and success. I feel he was a great value and I would hire him again.
Mr. O'Brien prepared a Living Trust and related documents for me and my wife. He thoroughly explained the process to us and his fee for the legal work was disclosed up front and extremely reasonable. There were no hard sell tactics nor did Mr. O'Brien try to sell us additional legal products which would have been "overkill" for our needs. In summary, we are very pleased with the experience and will refer other clients to him for legal services.
Mr. O'Brien has done an excellent job of explaining and guiding myself through the bankruptcy process. He made the complicated aspects easy to understand and devoted a generous amount of time to ensuring that my paperwork was complete and correct.
