Think twice before hiring this firm. In my experience, the reputation being sold today appears rooted from her much earlier days as a prosecutor, not current performance, much like the decades-old profile photo she is still using. The aggressive posture used to attract clients can flip quickly; in my case it took only 2 days to go from ally to adversary. Once that happens, you’re no longer the priority. Run. Don’t walk. Avoid at all costs. Serious billing concerns. I hired Ingrid Hooglander expecting her direct involvement but instead dealt with a rotating cast of nine different people. The firm burned through my retainer without warning and then delivered a massive bill. What I was charged in just 2.5 months should have covered most of my divorce. Billing was inflated by repeated document reviews, while key hearing documents weren’t prepared at all, an issue noted by the judge. Repeated delays and lack of follow-through significantly harmed my case.
Bait and Switch! Mr. Faulkner is knowledgeable and experienced. He handed my case off, without consulting me, to a very inexperienced, disorganized, inept partner. I had poor, but expensive, representation. Don't put your family at risk or waste your time and money with Faulkner Legal Group.
