Alyson Battaglia handled a personal injury case for my wife recently. She did it with spirit - and class too. It took almost a year for the defendant insurance company to settle our case - but Alyson stuck with it the whole way through, and she didn't ask us for a dime during that year - and she never pushed us to settle or file suit either. The insurance company's settlement ended up being for less than half the actual medical bills...but Alyson negotiated the medical bills and got us a refund!

The only drawback was halfway through the legal process my case was given to a junior attorney at the firm who,in my opinion, did not proceed as aggressively as I was led to believe should have been the case by senior partner.

Although they came recommended by a friend, I would not recommend them to anyone. In the end, George did help me receive a favorable decision from an appeals judge but he let an opportunity slip by where we could have possibly not have gone to court. I had to keep reminding him to get medical records, keep calling him for information, etc. Not really on the ball. He waited until the week before the hearing to actually contact my doctors for records. The fee received was too high for work done.
