Meyer v. Big Sky Resort, U.S. District Court for the District of Montana (2021). Obtained unanimous jury verdict in favor of Big Sky in multi-million dollar claim for personal injury caused by the inherent risks of skiing.
Deming v. Ciox Health, 475 F.Supp.3d 1160 (D. Mont. 2020), 2020 WL 4364639, Obtained dismissal of five health care systems in putative class action challenging charges for copies of medical records.
Ford Motor Co. v. Montana Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 395 Mont. 478, 443 P.3d 407, 2019 MT 115 - Represented automobile manufacturer in personal jurisdiction challenge, which has now been accepted by the United States Supreme Court.
Moore v. Wells Fargo (2018) - Obtained jury verdict far below offer of judgment in admitted liability trial for national bank.
Kopeikin v. Moonlight Basin Management, LLC, 2015 WL 518865 - Obtained summary judgment in favor of ski resort on personal injury claim. Affirmed after oral argument at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2017 (unpublished).
