Poole, Kimbel and Deeb is a law firm with an office in Bowling Green, KY. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing civil litigation, criminal law, collections and 3 other areas of law.
I hired Mr. Kimbel for my divorce. Not only did he help me file for divorce, but went out of his way to handle everything that was required with very minimal added stress. I highly recommend Mr. Kimbel and he will definitely be the very first if not only lawyer I will call if ever needed for Any legal matters or questions!
I think that he is a very efficient lawyer. And he did very good for my needs.
In my humble opinion if you want an attorney to "make a deal" then this is your attorney.
Mr. Kimbel is a very nice man and maybe that is the problem.
I felt he did not fight for our case.
The result: thousands lost, a tainted reputation and he refused to speak to the press when called for comment.
I even provided research, hours of my own time.
I felt we were pushed through the system, as everyone involved wanted to make our case go away.
He was supposed to follow up, he never did.
This guy needs to ditch his ego. He will not communicate with you or keep you informed of anything. Very lazy and a jerk to boot!
Always felt like I was expected to do his job for him. He would get paperwork from the court and not notify. We would go to court and I would get questioned on it, not having a clue what they were talking about. Find out he had it for months, - I was supposed to provide documents and statements for the court. Didn't know anything about it. Acted like he was too busy to care about me and my case and talk to me. Screwed me over big time. Total waste of money.
Poor communication skills. Terrible customer service. Did not feel valued as a client. $75 for 10 minutes of time and nothing answered. Arrogant.
