Unprofessional with slow response times; it was not out of the ordinary to wait two weeks or more for an email reply. If I did not reach out to the office and request updates myself, I was left in the dark. Several times, I requested copies of documenation via email to no avail. Upon calling the office and advising of who I was, I was put on hold and then told no one was in the office to speak with me. I eventually obtained the documentation myself, just to be finished dealing with Mrs. Kilgore.
My dad died Dec. 8th 2023. We were in Lanna Kilgore's office on Dec. 12th to start paperwork. It is now March 7th 2025 and we have yet to have anything done!! I understand and am empathetic to Lanna's losses during 2024, but as an attorney and business person she needs to behave as one. His wife, my siblings, my husband, and myself had 2 days to grieve before we had to return to life and work. Just because you have the money and ability to do so, doesn't mean you should, if you plan to keep a reputable appearance as an attorney.
