We engaged Tom Bloomfield and paid a retainer based on his recommendation of how our methamphetamine remediation litigation would go. We ended up doing the research for him and he wrote two letters and made a few phone calls. When he did return phone calls, it was most often on a Friday night at 7:00 when he "was coming back from LA" and wasn't expecting us to answer. Recently, he has stopped returning phone calls and proving updates of any kind. We plan on filing a complaint with the CBA.
