Rebecca (Becky) Hall has a transactional practice that focuses primarily on real estate, business, and conservation. Her real estate practice includes the purchase, development, financing, construction, leasing and sale of office, retail, residential, and industrial buildings. Recently, Becky was lead counsel for the redevelopment of Depot Square, a complex private-public, transit-oriented redevelopment in Boulder, Colorado. Becky's experience as in-house counsel for The Nature Conservancy included many complex land conservation projects, including the Great Sand Dunes National Park in the San Luis Valley, Colorado. Her business expertise includes providing general representation to emerging and growing businesses, including entity formation and contract negotiations. Becky received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, with emphasis in taxation. Becky is legal counsel for several land trusts throughout Colorado and also provides pro bono counsel for Wills on Wheels, the Access Fund and Blue Sky Bridge. Becky served as the co-chair of the Real Estate Section of the Boulder County Bar Association for 2008-2010. When not in the office, Becky enjoys outdoor activities and travel with her family.
