Josiah Cohen is a former Deputy State Public Defender for Arapahoe County, Colorado. With the Public Defenders, Mr. Cohen helped hundreds of clients protect their freedoms against a wide range of accusations, including thefts, assaults, sex assaults, child abuse, DUIs, and weapons offenses. While attending law school at the University of Colorado, Boulder, Mr. Cohen participated in the Criminal/Immigration Clinic, where he gained hands-on experience while studying the intersection between criminal and immigration law.
Mr. Cohen is excited to rejoin the team at Polansky Law Firm, where he clerked for two years as a law student. While clerking at PLF, Mr. Cohen assisted with several federal and post-conviction cases.
