Xenia Zueva is a senior associate with the Boston office of WSHB, where she handles complex civil litigation. She has extensive experience litigating catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases, as well as handling construction defects, product liability, and general liability matters.
Ms. Zueva graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she focused her legal education on Civil Litigation and Advocacy. During this time, she competed in the International Chamber of Commerce Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris, France, presenting to professional mediators and trainers from across the world. She earned her undergraduate degree in biological sciences from the University of Connecticut, which has enabled her to bring a detail-oriented, logical approach to her practice.
Before joining WSHB, Ms. Zueva worked at premier, boutique defense firms in Los Angeles and Boston, where she developed a strong foundation in case evaluation and management for prominent insurance carriers and private clients from case inception to resolution and trial. Ms. Zueva also completed the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates Fellowship program, learning from some of Los Angeles' strongest trial lawyers.
In her free time, Ms. Zueva enjoys spending time with her husband and their corgi, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and cheering on their favorite sports teams. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and is also fluent in Russian.
