I had a great experience while working with Swartz & Lynch. I specifically worked with Seth Jacobs, who is a fantastic lawyer. He is highly knowledgable in his field, and took a true interest and concern in my case. He worked very hard to meet all my needs, and I would definitely call him again if I ever need anything. I have recommended him to friends and family, and highly recommend Seth Jacobs, and Swartz & Lynch, to anybody that needs legal services.

The firm was an outstanding advocate for my case. But beyond that, they also were very attentive to me through the process of my case -- making sure I both understood and was comfortable with decisions as we moved forward. Swartz and Lynch came recommended to me by lawyers in my home state of New York. And they were right to recommend them. Couldn't recommend the firm highly enough!

Tim Lynch was the best lawyer I ever had. I fired my prior lawyer who did nothing for one year on my case while I suffered. I then hired Tim Lynch. Tim got me my PIP check within 3 weeks; I didn't know I was entitled to this. My prior lawyer did nothing. Tim immediately filed suit for me and was able to get a great result. I cannot thank him enough!
