Pro Bono Services
Sally R. Gaglini is a strong and long-time supporter of pro bono and other volunteer efforts within the legal and civic communities. Her longstanding pro bono efforts, commencing in 1992, led to the codification of the MA Child Performer Statute. Other efforts include needed amendments to the MA Child Performer Law. In addition, Ms. Gaglini worked tirelessly as a member of Save Our Towns, a 501(c)(3) charity to defeat an oversized residential development. Rallying voters at Town Meeting, she advocated successfully for that municipality to take legal action intended to reign in a swollen neighboring project. The matter eventually resolved favorably for the municipality which included a seven figure mitigation settlement.
