Mr. Kaler is a member of the Massachusetts, New York, and District of Columbia bars, and has appeared in litigation proceedings throughout the United States and abroad. He has extensive trial experience, and has argued appeals before the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Circuits, as well as in the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the New York State Appellate Division.
