Jennifer Norris represented me in my divorce, and was extremely competent. She was organized, she communicated clearly and reassuringly, and she was an incredible resource and guide.
December 8, 2020 I retained attorney Minsch on a landlord dispute case whereby I received a horrible service, at a supposed "discounted" rate of $300 offered for an essential worker during the pandemic. Despite writing and organizing most of the evidence and corresponding documents myself, in effort to conserve the hefty retainer fee, she even charged for email responses that were used to set up availability for a phone conversation, not to mention the conversation itself. In the end and despite compelling evidence, she endorsed a settlement of $1500 for which her total legal fee bills far exceeded the return. Although all legal evidence for the matter was provided to her, she showed unfamiliarity with what was provided, and failed to use the evidence constructively and/or successfully. She also failed to disclose the legality of why the case stood to have such a poor outcome, if the evidence was insufficient etc., and/or the hefty fees associated with the poor service.
