About McLaughlin Law

Providing Compassionate, High Quality, Legal Service

What Makes Us Different

Team Approach

Each lawyer in the office is involved in every case in some shape or form. Court documents are looked over by at least two pair of eyes, complicated arguments are fleshed out at the conference table, and more than one lawyer can be made available for client meetings or crisis situations. This provides the best service for our clients. When you hire one lawyer, you are really hiring our entire office.

Flexibility

Our clients’ time is as valuable as our own. Accommodations can be made for clients for any scenario. We’re willing to travel to meet with clients, even for a consultation interview if necessary. Clients’ children are welcomed in the office. We have worked with many different interpreters, including but not limited to, Spanish and Chinese. We even take clients who are currently living out of the state of Massachusetts, but have a pending legal matter in the Boston area.

Consultation interview

We believe in the idea that every person should have a chance to tell their story. Contact us today to set up an appointment to meet with an attorney.

Hired Law Firm

Brian is a smart and hard-working attorney who always puts his client's needs first. He is a sympathetic and compassionate person who can identify with his clients' problems and shortcomings because he has faced adversity himself and triumphed over it. When he takes your case, Brian's goal is not to win at any cost, but to come to a fair and just resolution that works for everyone involved and tries to help everyone get on with their lives, which I believe is really important in divorce cases.
