This was the first time after 40 years of medical practice that I had been at a malpractice trial. Naturally I was extremely nervous. Attorney Tingle was absolutely amazing . He had prepared me for my deposition and then again prior to the start of the trial. He gave me extremely helpful advice and after every trial day we debriefed when he provided not only encourgement but also very helpful suggestions. At trial he was extremely articulate, 100% prepared not only for our experts but also for the plantiff expert. He was courteous as he tore apart the other sides witnesses. His medical knowledge was amazing, he was never surprised by a witness statement and had the appropriate follow-up questions. I must say that he is THE BEST lawyer I have ever met. He truly deserves the rewards that he has gained over the years.
