Hired Attorney Mr. Eric Eller

I have used Mr. Eller to represent me several times over the last 10 years. The first time I hired Mr. Eller I had gotten a speeding ticket and received a letter from his office offering his services. After reaching out to his office and talking directly to him I knew I wanted him to represent me. I have only hired one other attorney since then and that was for a ticket I received outside of Mr. Eller’s service area and even then I went with the attorney he referred. It’s nice having an attorney who wants to win your case as bad as you do and that’s how it is with Mr. Eller. He amazes with his knowledge of the laws of North Carolina and how these same laws can be used in your favor. If he cannot get you dismissed or not guilty he is all about getting the best result possible not just settling for a plea deal because that is easier. I believe Mr. Eller’s moto is “The best way is not the easy way.” I hope to never have to be in court again but if I am it will be with Eric Eller!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
