Phil Roach is unpleasant and talks to you very condescending. For the hourly rate you are better off with a more professional law firm. Do not recommend. His rate may come across at first competitive but in the end you will be overcharged.

Hired Law Firm

Roach charged me $2100 for a basic Florida will. I wrote to him and called him to protest his fee and he refused to respond. He is arrogant, abrupt, and unpleasant to deal with, which I accepted until he vastly inflated his fee. Stay away from this guy!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
