About Mr. Jason Hamilton Mikes

After earning a J.D. and an MBA from Stetson University, Jason Hamilton Mikes launched his Southwest Florida practice in 2003 with roles at local offices of large international firms. His institutional work developed into a systems-focused practice representing condominiums, homeowners associations, developers, and commercial real estate owners. Jason has advised hundreds of community associations, served as counsel of record in more than 1,000 mortgage and lien foreclosure cases in Lee and Collier Counties, and acted as Florida counsel on multi‑million dollar, multi‑state sale and financing transactions. In 2011 he founded Hamilton Mikes P.A. in Naples, and continues to serve clients across Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Sarasota as outside and in‑house counsel and business advisor.
