Hired Attorney Mr. Michael Evans

Mr. Evans defended my wife against a false collection claim filed by a collection firm, Michael Scott of Carrollton, Texas. Mr. Scotts firm was unable to produce the signed contract, and when they did present something with a signature there was no match to my wife's signature. Mr. Evans won a 500 dollar settlement from Mr. Scott. This victory has ended any additional false claims against us for unknown accounts.

Hired Attorney Mr. Michael Evans

I am an out of state client. My family member passed away in Bonham. I engaged Mr. Evans for probate. Mr. Evans quickly got probate started and was there for any questions that I had. Mr. Evans did inform me that any communication would incur at charge. Mr. Evans kept communication to a minimum. I had a relatively simple probate. I did ask general probate questions to another individual to keep my cost down. Mr. Evans always was quick to respond to my inquires and addressed each request in a professional manner. I recommend Mr. Evans.

Hired Law Firm

Over priced. Several times he told me he would have to get back with me because he wasn't sure how to go about doing his job. Knows the basics but not the real ins and outs. Talked on the phone with him for 15 min, was charged an hour. Then charged another hour for him to accomplish what we spoke about over the phone. I was charged an hour just to hire and pay him! Rediculous. . Will always steer people from him.
