We used her firm Tressler LLP and they were terrible. They prolonged our eviction case against our former tenants dragging thier feet in what seemed like a ploy to keep us paying them. We were told our signed lease wasn't valid and this is the standard lease used by almost everyone in the area. We given very little communication on the case and probably the worst of all was that they took the word of our tenants over ours and on multiple instances took the side of our tenants who basically didn't pay us rent for two years!! On top of all this we asked them on advice on certain rental assistance programs and they would tell us to go ahead and put them through, well they didn't do thier jobs and we ended up getting screwed over and unable to seek almost all of our back rent. Tressler told us to do this and they ended up really really making our case almost worth nothing especially after the ridiculous amount of money we paid them. Don't use these people they are terrible.
