Wyatt B. Johnson with “Angstman Johnson”, located at 3649 N. Lakeharbor Lane Boise, ID 83703 (208)384-8588, is well worth the cost. Wyatt’s expertise in the area of Dealing with Real-Estate, and court summons, and ACHD, enabled me to negotiate effectively, without fear and intimidation. Wyatt was a very important asset, which was absolutely the most important investment to me. With his help, we were able to negotiate, double the price offered to me for right-of -way property by ACHD.

Wyatt has a very sharp mind and took the time to reassess my case after I started it with another lawyer. Wyatt's theory was successful and ultimately our case and Wyatt's theory was upheld by the Idaho Supreme Court, on appeal. I am glad I switched to Wyatt before it was too late.
