I am going to fire Lois Fletcher. She is a terrible representative who I would not trust. Communication is very poor. She didn't tell me when my husband was served, she did not give me copies of what I served him, his response, or the temporary restraining order from the courts. She did not discuss what his response was with me, and our counterclaim back. We still haven't written a counterclaim and she hasn't even mentioned of doing so. I had to call her multiple times to get copies and didn't receive them until 3 weeks after the fact. She never returns phone calls or emails. My husband was witholding his tax information so I couldn't file my taxes. Lois told me she would contact his lawyer and get it taken care of. I never heard a word back from her and it was already after April 15th that I had to call her office again. I had called her to ask her for an invoice, and her response was "you're really manic about this." She wouldn't let me pick up an invoice and she told me she would mail it to me by the end of the month.. still haven't received it. I cannot put my trust into this lady at all. I had to look myself up on the Idaho repository to figure out that my husband had submitted a response and that I have a scheduling conference. I would not recommend her at all to anyone. I don't know how she stays in business. I am close to contacting Brad Andrews because of how terrible her services are. She doesn't tell you her hourly rate. You are left completely in the dark.
Worthless as an attorney. She returns 1 out of 20 calls. She won't provide copies of everything that has been filed (by her or opposing counsel). Consider yourself lucky if you are even AWARE of what she files on your behalf. I discovered AFTER the fact there were approximately 6-8 things she filed WITHOUT running them by me first. She filed two "non-opposition to xx" without me knowing. I MISSED a court session because she failed to properly notify me, and almost missed a second. HORRIBLE!!
