The Firm was formed in 2001 by the merger of two longstanding firms and is comprised of attorneys and professionals who are dedicated not only to providing outstanding legal services but also to creating client satisfaction. The Firm has a broad general practice, organized into two major departments: (a) Corporate, Business and Tax; and (b) Litigation.
