Ginny is by far the best legal representation I have received in all my years of being involved in the legal field. She handled my case against an HOA that is practicing selective enforcement and their decision to pursue legal action against me was shown to be personal in nature. At the mediation, Ginny completely buried the HOA's attorney and everyone involved was ready to settle except the HOA (their attorney even recognized we were in the right). I will use her services always.
