Peter was very informative and took the time to explain any unclear term, topic or risk of exposure. Peter Lindley handled two of our 1031 exchange deals. One of them being a very complicated case in two foreign countries. Mr Lindley is a consummate professional who really cares about his clients. Peter Lindley not only handled the 1031 but also helped us with some legal matters that had occurred and without his expertise it would have been a completely different outcome. Mr Lindley is a consummate professional, hardworking, honest with a great sense of integrity. He cares about his client which is not always the case in his profession. Should I ever need legal advice, Mr. Lindley would be at the top of my list.
