Hired Attorney

There are no shortages of available attorneys for hire in Florida. Making the right choice comes down to researching and interviewing. Our parents needed to update their estate plan with the addition of both revocable and irrevocable trusts. Forty years had passed since they last updated their original documents from a previous state residence. We needed an attorney specializing in Elder Estate planning who could work with our elder parents in both a respectful and patient manner. Our father was soon approaching 100 years of age with mom only a few years behind. Expertise and compassion were the qualifications we were looking for. Fortunately for us we found both these qualities in attorney Jennifer Fulton from SSRGA. To those of you in search of the right person to create an estate plan, especially those with elder loved ones I can only say your search is over if you are reading this comment. Jennifer was a complete pleasure to work with.
