I especially liked that Mark was smart and responsive, and knew how to do his work — in this case, create a trust, will, and related medical choices and power of attorney documents that accomplished what they set out to do without extraneous matter — and knew how to do it without waste of time or unreasonable fees. He makes explaining the ins and outs of trusts and estates into an art form; he asks for the right information and answers questions fully. If you’re lucky, Mark may also play a recording of him on guitar singing his interpretation of “Let the Good Times Roll.” A man of many talents.

Working with Mark Winn was a pleasure. His ability to present all the elements of an estate plan in a direct and concise manner was outstanding. He showed us how each element of the plan fit together to meet our objectives. Mark delivered the plan on time and at a very reasonable cost. Mark Winn has been our attorney since 2004. He is extremely knowledgeable about all parts of estate planning (wills, trusts, etc).
