Mark F. Winn started his Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates law practice in 2003. Since then, Mark has helped hundreds of clients throughout the Lowcountry. Mark gives each of his clients close personal attention. Mark excels at providing the best long-term plans to retirees, soon-to-be retirees or their children/relatives.
Mark writes a bi-monthly column in the “Bluffton Sun”, formerly called the “Bluffton City Sun” in Bluffton, South Carolina.
Mr. Winn definitely has a gift in the ability to present and explain each step of the process, and he took as much time needed to ensure that we each were in full understanding, as we progressed. I feel much more educated and organized in preparing for the future after finally moving forward and getting this accomplished. I especially liked that Mark was smart and responsive, and knew how to do his work — in this case, create a trust, will, and related medical choices and power of attorney documents that accomplished what they set out to do without extraneous matter — and knew how to do it without waste of time or unreasonable fees. He makes explaining the ins and outs of trusts and estates into an art form; he asks for the right information and answers questions fully. If you’re lucky, Mark may also play a recording of him on guitar singing his interpretation of “Let the Good Times Roll.” A man of many talents.

Mark Winn has been our attorney since 2004. He is extremely knowledgeable about all parts of estate planning (wills, trusts, etc).
