FRAUD WARNING: If you want somebody that is going to fan the flames of your divorce and run-up your legal fees, Mr. Roeberg is the man for the job. He operates more like a used car salesman than an attorney. My wife paid Mr. Roeberg $1,000 using funds stolen from the company that I own. Mr. Roeberg accepted these stolen funds, and is refusing to return the money to my firm. He forced me to sign additional documents under duress, requiring my company to pay him another $7,000. Mr. Roeberg is legally required to return the $8,000 ($1,000 + 7,000 = $8,000) but he is refusing to return it. Mr. Roeberg is not an honest man. He promised that if I was the victim of fraud he would return the funds taken from my company, and now Mr. Roeberg is not keeping that promise. He is a bold face liar. If you are looking for somebody to try to destroy your business and your family, who also has zero morals or ethics, Mr. Roeberg is just the used car salesman to hire.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
