Hired Attorney

Fuschetto was extremely unhelpful. He came ten minutes late for the meeting and yet charged me for the entire meeting time. I the meeting that lasted for about 20 minutes, he reminded me of his fees at least three times, if I hired him for my case. He certainly is not a good listener and possesses very little empathy. I do not mind straight talk but it almost seemed like he did not care about my case. A white male lawyer talking down to a woman of color: that is how I felt at the end of the day. Bloomington is already starved of competent lawyers. To have someone like him in the field is not favorable for the community. I will never recommend him to anyone.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
