Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Joseph Kelley was a good attorney but what I wanted to do we weren't successful with. There were some things that he could have been more helpful with. We paid alot of money for something to be taken care of that should have not been a problem & there were ways to do what we needed to do but he didn't make those options available to us for some reason.
