I would highly recommend Nick Bauer at this practice. He explained all details related to our writing our wills, including some challenging points. The process was quick and easy, and I am confident that Nick would be a good advocate for anyone looking for a similar service.

Hired Attorney Jawn Bauer

I was pleased with the time and attention and information Mr. Bauer gave to me while negotiating my divorce and subsequent will and estate. Another instance I retained him to handle a contractor dispute for work done on my property. I feel like Mr Bauer has the very best interest of his client at heart and does a good job representing them. He stayed in contact with me each step of the way for all three instances I retained his services.

Hired Law Firm

We called this firm on July 28, 2020 from a listing on Lawyers.com and it very clearly listed our needs in the services offered. The office staff called me back after I left a voicemail the day prior and informed me the firm does not offer those services. I suggested to remove the services offered listing in the Lawyers.com ad and the office staff person hung up the phone. Very poor communication and I do not recommend this firm.

I do not advertise with or control content that may appear on Lawyers.com My legal assistant,who is my wife, reported that the caller terminated the phone call when he did not receive an answer that he desired. There are some areas I do not practice in.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
