Donald KS Petersen is a very bad attorney. He overcharged me and did an awful job, completely ruining my case and any chance it had of success. He missed filing deadlines, seemed goofy and like he knew nothing at the hearing, and really did nothing but damage to my legal case and my life. His work product was laughable at best, a brand new attorney fresh out of law school would have done much better. I do not recommend hiring him for your legal needs.
Donald KS Petersen is a terrible, incompetent, lazy, and negligent attorney. He got into Harvard Law School in the 1980s when that was easy to do and has been riding the name of that school ever since as he has screwed up case after case and has been terminated from law firm after law firm for being an arrogant, lazy, incompetent hack. He committed malpractice after I hired him to handle a legal matter of mine, and he truly ruined my case. I should have sued him for malpractice but I had no money left for an attorney since he stole all of my money just so he could deliver less than nothing. Do not hire him if you respect yourself and want to get good results. Any other attorney is better, they’ll either be more affordable or more competent, most likely both.
