Hired Attorney

Charles Mckelvie was hired by our company from a list of AAA arbitrators to oversee a breach of contract claim under the AAA commercial rules. This arbitrator in collaboration with AAA repeatedly and knowingly failed to uphold the commercial rules to the detriment of the business as follows, (1) did not hold a preliminary hearing to review the parties arbitration agreement (2) denied requests for administrative conference (3) denied requests for arbitrator to provide signed orders to prove Charles was actually involved in the arbitration (4) denied requests for reasonable time extensions (5) denied requests for clarification on scheduling order submissions (6) denied requests for clarification on interpretation of the arbitration clause (7) denied requests for a hearing based on known changes with the claimants submissions (8) issued an award WITHOUT ANY basis of law or fact which was required per the parties arbitration agreement. BUSINESSES SHOULD REMOVE AAA FROM THEIR CONTRACTS AS
